We are seeking talented individuals, preferably female candidates, with exceptional communication skills to excel in the role of Lead Generation Executive (Tele Marketing). This position entails building a database of prospective business leads, scheduling appointments, and providing essential backend support for our Marketing Team.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent proficiency in both English and Kannada languages.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively promoting our center and its products.
  • Engage in cold calling to identify potential leads.
  • Utilize company databases to identify potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales within the domestic market.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation, from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Demonstrated abilities in hard-core sales techniques.
  • Responsible for making outbound calls daily, using provided data.
  • Proficiency in pre-sales, online marketing, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and the Sales Team to ensure the generation of leads across various business sectors.
  • Convert phone calls into new business leads.
