How long does a brand identity project take?

A complete brand identity project typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. The timeline depends on the scope of work, how quickly you provide feedback, and how many revision rounds are needed. We will give you a clear project timeline with milestones before we start.

Do you only redesign logos or can you build a brand from scratch?

Both. We work with new businesses building their identity for the first time and with established businesses that have outgrown their original brand. For rebrands, we take a strategic approach, first understanding why the current brand is not working before designing anything new.

What files will I receive at the end of the project?

You receive the complete source files for every logo variation in AI and EPS format, plus export-ready files in SVG, PNG (transparent background), PDF, and JPEG in all colour versions: full colour, black, white, and reversed. You own all the files outright with no licensing restrictions.

Can you design a logo to match an existing brand we already have?

Yes. If you already have brand elements you want to keep, such as a colour palette or a general visual style, we can design within those constraints. We will review your existing brand assets at the start of the project and incorporate any approved elements into the new identity.
