What is the difference between copywriting and content writing?

Copywriting is writing that is primarily intended to persuade and drive action: website pages, ads, email campaigns, and sales letters. Content writing is primarily intended to inform, educate, or build authority: blog posts, articles, guides, and social media posts. In practice, the best content does both. We write across both disciplines and apply the right approach for the specific goal of each piece.

Do you write in British English or Indian English?

We write in whichever variant you prefer. Our default is British English, which is standard for Indian professional and business communication, but we can write in American English for clients targeting US audiences. We always match the spelling and style convention to your brand and target market.

Do you do keyword research or do I need to provide the keywords?

We do the keyword research as part of every content project. You do not need to provide anything beyond your business details and target audience. If you already have a keyword list from your SEO tool, we welcome it and will build on it. We make sure every piece of content is written around search terms with real volume and commercial intent, not just keywords that sound relevant.

How many revisions do I get?

Every piece of content includes two revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated set of notes applied in full. If the content needs a complete change of direction after the first draft, that is treated as a new brief. In practice, our first drafts rarely need major changes because we align on tone, structure, and key messages before we start writing.

Can you match our existing brand voice?

Yes. If you have existing content you are happy with, share a few samples and we will study them to understand your voice before writing anything. If your current content does not reflect the brand voice you want, we can help you define a new one and then write to it consistently from day one.
