Do I need to provide a brief for every post or can you work from a content calendar?
Both approaches work. For retainer clients, we typically review your content calendar or posting plan each month and design accordingly, using your brand guidelines and any campaign themes you provide. For project work, a clear brief for the batch of creatives you need is the fastest way to start. We can also help you build a content calendar if you need one.
What sizes do you design for?
We design for every standard social media size: 1:1 square, 4:5 portrait, 16:9 landscape, and 9:16 vertical (Stories and Reels). If you need the same design in multiple sizes for different platforms, we include all size variants as standard, not as an extra.
Can you create animated posts or only static graphics?
We create both. Static graphics are delivered as PNG or JPG. Animated graphics, such as moving text, kinetic typography, and GIF-style loops, are delivered as MP4 or GIF. More complex motion graphics and animations are priced separately from static design work.
Will the designs be editable by my team?
If you want editable templates for your team to update independently, we can build them in Canva or Figma. These are set up with your brand colours, fonts, and design elements locked in, so your team can swap out text and images without breaking the brand style.
